Therapist Profile

I Am Here “mission”

My journey into therapy has been shaped by decades of experience across different fields of work and life. Looking back, the diverse paths I followed now come together in a meaningful way. Through years of questioning, exploration, and personal growth, I discovered that lasting change begins with understanding ourselves more deeply.

Today, I dedicate my work to supporting people in moving beyond patterns of struggle, overwhelm, and inner conflict. Too often, life becomes an ongoing effort to cope, endure, or simply get through the day. Therapy offers the opportunity to step out of these cycles and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and authenticity.

At Sono Qui ("I Am Here"), I provide a space where you can explore who you are beneath the stories, expectations, and beliefs that may have shaped your experience. This is not about becoming someone else; it is about rediscovering what is already present within you.

When we learn to meet ourselves with openness and awareness, we create the conditions for greater wellbeing, inner peace, and a more fulfilling relationship with life. My role is to accompany and support you on that journey.

Lived Experience

My interest in psychology began with a desire to better understand myself and the challenges that life can present. Through that exploration, I discovered that self-understanding is not only a path to personal growth, but also a foundation for supporting others.

After several years working as a school teacher, I transitioned into the role of school mental health practitioner within the Swedish primary education system. Most recently, I worked as a safeguarding advisor at Save the Children Sweden, supporting the wellbeing and protection of children and young people.

Alongside my professional journey, my personal path has been one of continuous inquiry, growth, and transformation. In 2025, a series of profound life challenges led me to question deeply held assumptions about who I was and how I related to the world. Through this process, I discovered a greater sense of presence, inner peace, and connection with life as it unfolds.

Today, my work is informed by both professional experience and lived experience. I offer a space where you can explore your own challenges, questions, and possibilities with curiosity and compassion. My hope is not to provide answers for you, but to support you in discovering the clarity, resilience, and authenticity that already exist within you.

Whether our paths cross in therapy or not, I believe that a deeper sense of peace and wellbeing is available to each of us.
